1. By placing an order through this website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions of business.
2. All sizes and dimensions are approximate and for information purposes only.
3. All prices are quoted in GB pounds Sterling and are inclusive of VAT at the current rate of 17.5%.
4. Should you wish to, you may place an order by telephone or post. Please see our Contact Us page for details. We accept personal cheques and postal orders payable to Midwater Luggage. Please allow 1 week for clearance if paying by cheque.
6. We will endeavour to despatch your order to you as soon as possible. The majority of goods are held in stock however, as they are manufactured by us, there may be a small delay during particularly busy times.
7. We would like you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. Please inspect your goods upon delivery and notify us within 7 days of any problems.
8. All transactions are made under the applicable laws of England and Wales.
