The PM here (Production Manager) on her first glance at the finished holdall said "looks like a Totem Pole" so it stuck.
We wanted to produce a no-nonsense, practical and robust piece of luggage that would get poles etc, to the bank without breaking the bank. We wanted it at a price point that would suit the Match Angling community (less on luggage, more on bait) but still be the right quality. We feel we have ticked every box and the fact it is made in England should be the icing on every Anglers cake.

Available in the usual Midwater Luggage colour schemes of Match Black or Competition Blue with black, burgundy, olive or mad orange trim as it has been on our luggage since 2003.
A holdall that is 1.7m or 1.9m long made from traditional 600d Oxford material that is water-proof. NOT water tight as they are sewn but frankly if the pole or rod you put inside cannot cope with water, don't take it fishing in the rain lol.
The holdall is padded and lined with additional padding on the end and has an industrial strength non-slip material on the base. Handy for when propping up against the car, van or barrow without it sliding down. With off central carry handles designed to be slightly elevated at the front from when putting into the car or van and a fully adjustable 50mm shoulder strap.
